Mastermind: B*tches Who AI x She Evolves AI Mastermind, "a deep dive in Bali", Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, 30 May to 4 June 2027 (5 nights, Luxury Room).

Guest: the person who books, and every person on their booking ("you").
All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD). All dates are Melbourne time. Governing law: Victoria, Australia.
1. Packages and prices

1.0 Room only: Room prices are room only. B*tches Who AI members and She Evolves alumni can book at the member/alumni rates shown above until 30 Nov 2026.
1.1 Included: 5 nights' accommodation; daily breakfast, lunch and dinner; one cocktail per adult per day; one 60-minute massage and one yoga session per adult; 2 hours of kids' club daily; 20% off spa; and the She Evolves program (full program to be shared with guests before the Mastermind). Hotel inclusions are supplied by Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua through our destination partner, Nexus DMC.
1.2 Not included: Flights, travel insurance (strongly recommended), airport transfers (not included unless stated), visas and entry charges, extra food and drink, spa treatments beyond the inclusions, and personal costs.
1.3 Child ages are taken at the Mastermind start date (30 May 2027). Room occupancy is as per hotel rules.
1.4 Currency: Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Deposit to hold a place: A$500 per person (A$1,000 to hold a twin room).
2. Booking and payment plan
2.1 Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and you accept this policy at checkout.
2.2 Deposit: A$500 per person, or A$1,000 to hold a twin room. The deposit is refundable for 14 days after payment, then non-refundable but transferable (see section 4).
2.3 Balance due 1 March 2027. We'll email you a Stripe invoice on 15 February 2027, payable by card. You can pay the balance early at any time.
2.4 Booking on or after 1 March 2027: pay in full at booking.
2.5 If your balance is late:
- 1 March 2027: balance due. Stripe sends automatic reminders.
- 8 Mar 2027 (7-day grace period): if it's still unpaid, we'll contact you personally.
- 9 Mar 2027: we may cancel your booking, keep your deposit, and release your room to the waitlist. No further amount will be owing.
- Payment arrangements are by agreement only, in writing, and must be fully paid by 15 Mar 2027.
2.6 Card processing fees: absorbed by us. You pay the advertised price.
3. If you cancel: refund ladder
Cancel by email to sarah@sheevolves.community. The date we receive your email applies. Amounts are per booking.

3.1 Resale: if you cancel under 60 days before the start and we fill your place with a new paying guest (from our waitlist or a new booking), we refund what you paid minus your deposit and a A$250 admin fee. We'll try to resell, but we can't guarantee it. Places you transfer yourself are covered by section 4.
3.2 Child add-ons follow the same ladder.
3.3 Changing packages (for example Single to Twin) is subject to availability and paying the difference. Moving from Twin to Single is treated as one guest cancelling.
4. Transfers (name changes)
4.1 Free transfer: you can transfer your place to a friend at no charge until 30 Apr 2027 (30 days before arrival). Email us their name and details. The new guest must accept this policy, and any money owed is settled between you and them.
4.2 Late transfer: from 1 May to 16 May 2027 (14 days before arrival), transfers are still possible if the hotel accepts the name change, with a A$150 admin fee.
4.3 After 16 May 2027, transfers depend on the hotel and aren't guaranteed.
4.4 Nexus DMC will confirm the hotel's name-change deadline, and we'll tell you if it affects the dates above.
5. Travel insurance
5.1 We strongly recommend travel insurance from the day you book. It should cover cancellation (including your deposit and balance), medical treatment, emergency evacuation and travel disruption.
5.2 Most reasons people cancel (illness, family emergencies, work, flight disruption) aren't covered by our refund ladder, but are often covered by insurance.
5.3 We'll give you booking confirmations and receipts for any claim.
6. If we cancel, or force majeure
6.1 If we cancel the Mastermind for our own reasons, we refund 100% of what you've paid us within 14 days. We aren't responsible for flights or other costs you've arranged, which is another reason to take out insurance.
6.2 Force majeure means events outside our reasonable control that make the Mastermind impossible, unsafe or illegal to run. Examples: natural disaster, volcanic ash closures, pandemic, government travel bans or warnings ("do not travel" for Bali), civil unrest, or the hotel being closed.
6.3 If force majeure stops the Mastermind:
- We'll first offer new dates or a comparable venue, and your payments carry over.
- Or you can choose a credit for a future She Evolves or B*tches Who AI event, valid for 24 months.
- If you don't want either, we refund what we recover from the hotel and suppliers, less costs we can't recover. We'll pass on everything we get back and tell you what was kept.
6.4 If something affects only you (illness, a visa refusal, your flight being cancelled), it isn't force majeure. The refund ladder and your travel insurance apply.
6.5 Program changes: full program to be shared with guests before the Mastermind. We may adjust the program, speakers or schedule, and we'll tell you about significant changes as early as possible.
7. Flights and travel
7.1 Flights aren't included. You're responsible for flights, passports, visas and entry requirements, and getting to the hotel. Airport transfers are not included unless stated.
7.2 Please don't book non-refundable flights until your booking is confirmed.
8. Children
8.1 Children are not included in any package and there are no free child places. Children are at cost, from A$1,200 each, added on request, subject to Sofitel's approval and room capacity.
8.2 Kids' club runs 2 hours daily as per hotel rules (ages, hours and sign-in).
8.3 Outside kids' club, children remain their parent's or guardian's responsibility at all times. Children may join sessions by arrangement.
9. Health, dietary needs and conduct
9.1 Tell us about dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions or accessibility needs when you book. We'll pass them to the hotel but can't guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9.2 Yoga and massage are optional. Take part within your own health limits.
9.3 She Evolves is a respectful, women-first space. We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the Mastermind, without refund.
9.4 You settle your own extra hotel charges (drinks, spa, room service) before you leave.
10. Payments, disputes and privacy
10.1 Payments are processed by Stripe. If something isn't right, please contact us at sarah@sheevolves.community before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can sort it out quickly.
10.2 We use your details to run your booking and share only what's needed with the hotel and Nexus DMC. Our privacy policy is at /privacy.
10.3 We may photograph or film the Mastermind. You can opt out at booking or on arrival.
11. Liability
11.1 The hotel and other suppliers are independent and responsible for their own services.
11.2 To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the Mastermind.
Your guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
