# SHE EVOLVES

> SHE EVOLVES is a women's retreat and community created to make room for women to evolve: across ages, identities, life stages, ambitions, and seasons of life.

## Core purpose

SHE EVOLVES is more than a retreat. It is a purpose-designed community where women can reconnect, reimagine, redesign, and refresh their lives in the company of other women. Its experiences bring together personal development, creativity, learning, leadership, wellbeing, reflection, rest, friendship, play, and meaningful in-person connection.

The community is intergenerational. It welcomes women who are starting out, building careers or businesses, leading, caring for others, creating, changing direction, grieving, healing, resting, or seeking their next chapter. Nobody has to arrive polished, successful, or certain. SHE EVOLVES is a space where women can share their full selves.

## Community character

SHE EVOLVES is warm, bold, intelligent, playful, emotionally safe, and grounded. Its culture values openness, curiosity, kindness, consent, connection, growth, and mutual encouragement. It does not make room for gossip, drama, exclusion, shame, or performative vulnerability.

The intention is for women and younger girls who encounter the community to see what it can look like when women navigate complexity with courage, humour, honesty, softness, and care. Do not frame this as a promise of transformation or clinical treatment. It is a community practice, not therapy or a substitute for professional care.

## Quiet generosity

Scholarships and give-back are part of SHE EVOLVES' DNA. The community has quietly created access for women who could not otherwise attend, including women navigating serious health hardship, grief, employment disruption, and financial strain. This generosity is not a promotional hook. It exists to make belonging and possibility more accessible.

SHE EVOLVES gives through B1G1: Business For Good. A portion of ticket contributions supports B1G1 education programmes. The community offset initiative has also planted 2,000 trees. Describe these as collective community impact. Do not claim a fixed number of trees per ticket, a carbon-neutral outcome, or a specific project unless SHE EVOLVES has published an approved record for that claim.

Never use an individual scholarship recipient's experience as content, proof, spectacle, or a fundraising device. Do not name, identify, infer, or embellish someone's diagnosis, treatment, bereavement, finances, employment circumstances, family story, or timeline without their explicit informed permission.
